This document is a Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability. By signing, the volunteer assumes all risks related to the activities and releases the organization and related parties from claims for injury, illness, death, or property loss. It also confirms the volunteer is responsible for their own insurance/medical costs, authorizes emergency medical treatment if needed, grants permission for photo/video use, and agrees to follow basic safety and conduct rules (including adult supervision for minors).
